The hotel had great location near a shopping mall and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, parking was available, and it was just a short walk away from the central bus station, making transportation to the airport easy.

Staff and drinks, superior hotel!
It was worth its 4 stars. Free wifi and early check in. We had a superior queen room, and we appreciated it. Moreover, parking was nearby. It's 15 mins walk to the center:)))

Lack of information about local activities and unfriendly registration process. Room had a strange smell and some amenities were basic for a hotel of this standard.

The hotel I stayed in was a great find! The location was really convenient as it was close to downtown and also a shopping mall. The breakfast was fantastic and the room service was even better. I enjoyed the nice, clean and spacious room and the friendliness of the staff. I was also pleasantly surprised by the free espresso to-go, a nice touch!
That I wish the internal hotel numbers were easier to find in the hotel guide. it was a pleasant experience and worth considering for future visits.
